The ice on the front windshield of the car had formed when moisture condensed during the night. The ice melted quickly after the car was warmed up the next morning because the defrosting vent, which blows only on the front windshield, was turned on full force.

我认为是D才weaken, why B which seems irrelevant?

B说装的和没装的冰融化速度一样快,就说明装了没用。


我想楼主可能是没明白题里面说的defrosting vent的是怎样工作的。题中的defrosting vent 是一块玻璃装一个,所以D说:defrosting vent 吹出来的风在吹到车里别的空间时温度迅速降低与冰是否融化是无关的

问题讨论的是the explanation for the speed with which the ice melted。


而D没有与the speed with which the ice melted连接。除非D说The warm air from the defrosting vent for the front windshield cools too rapidly to make the ice melt.

Because:

译为:若不装后窗,前后窗融化速度一样。但没有说:若装,前后窗融化速度哪个快。


即:不能weaken:  validity of the explanation for the speed with which the ice melted...(after installing defrosting vest).


题目中说:because the defrosting vent, which blows only on the front windshield...和

Furthermore, 题目中说:because the defrosting vent, which blows only on the front windshield...和nevia的“题中的defrosting vent 是一块玻璃装一个”有偏差...sorry if any misunderstanding again and thanks nevia for answering my question.

let me add one more:


it did not talk about back windshield and only focus on the melting speed of front one, particularly after installing the vent, therefore B, for me, is still irrelevent.


At least, B is not accurate: it says 'if not installed, melting speed is same'. But once installed, front windshield's ice could melt faster...it didn't tell.


真有些想的头疼了, 哪位再帮忙看看。。。thanks...
