这是道逻辑真题，但答案是A， 我怎么看都觉得A不对而E对，大家看看选哪个比较好？

不要轻易怀疑答案。

呵呵，如果是我，我也会选A的，虽然我也不是十分明白A的道理，不过好像后面四个答案都有无关词。

揣测一下，题干中有个转折关系，是说很多人支持这个方案，但转折之后说方案达不到目标，解释原因。所以我觉得应该可以用无关词排除法。

如果一定要讲逻辑道理，我猜，大概是说，很多人之所以支持修rail system是因为希望它能分流highway的压力，而减少highway的堵塞，言下之意，就是自己还是希望能够走highway。那既然大家都不愿意用rail system，而是想走highway，当然就达不到rail的目的路。
