自己在没注意到答案在标题的情况下选得A
思路是suffer表示说：
假如：mixture有用，那么很多人就会用它。
in fact（结果）：没有什么人用它
conclusion：mixture无效
其实最难理解的是A选项说了啥，翻译一下我觉得是，找到一个claim是假的，基于如果它是真的，结果就是假的。也就是说suffer认为，mixture有用这个claim是假的，基于如果这个claim真实，那么会有很多人用，然而结果却不是这样。
比较啰嗦，尽量表达了一下自己的思路。
