to Haomin： no b-school in USA would accept one who has already got an MBA. If you apply for MS, that's OK. If you want to waive some courses, you have to discuss with an advisor. Generally, 36-60 credits.

flex time MS does not provide any scholarships. However, most Chinese students in the second year can find a graduate assistantship here.

If anyone wants to study MBA's CPA tracking in accountancy, he/she must take at least 72 credits. If English courses are required, 75 credits will be a minimum.

谢谢camcam, 那是不是可以这样理解, 因为我申请读的是Accounting,即使只有60个学分,但是也可以考CPA?

If you can pass the evaluation of New York State CPA level, you can take CPA exam. This means: if Michael Wynne says OK, it is OK.

你放心吧，我知道有人只有一年左右的兼职工作经验也被录取到MSA的，其他成绩也一般，没那么高的。
