D选项说了广告商说了平均每期ISSUE上出的广告费没变,但由于ISSUE的总数减少了,肯定杂志社要损失啊。E应该是无关选项吧

还是有点疑惑~讲的是邮费影响的话,那D项的广告费不是也是无关的了?求解答~

postage rates increase ==> plan to cut issue # ==> #issue decreases ==> ads revenue decreases

don't focus too much on the postage rates,
actually the premise of the argument is the plan to cut  issue amount, so that the amount of issue is what affects the profit the most

广告费又不是生产成本,怎么会和生产成本扯上关系。文章说的是为了降低邮费而采取的措施对公司利润的影响,广告费的降低就是这种影响啊
