1. perceived as the threat, posed by xxx是分词作threat的修饰语;
696. e中的aim to不对,应该是aim at/with the aim of
698. 第一个it指代bank,第二个they指代payments。这题要看语义,意思是银行不希望在有拖欠贷款的时候再去放贷;d和e没有说明是银行不期望放贷,改变了原句的意思。
