答案D有一点间接关系，但是答案E是什么意思呢?

scrapping是指刮伤?

还是说目前车子在马路上飙来飙去不会影响空气污染。

如果现在该地方的空气污染都来自工厂，车子本身没什么影响，那么，就算没有人买车，空气污染也不会减少阿...?

个人觉得，Scrapping of automobile是拆车的意思。就是拆除报废的汽车。
