听说在gmat中，每道题必须在15秒后才能作答？？？？？如果还不到15秒，不管答对没有都算错？？？是不是这样啊？？新东方好像说了的，我不知道是否记错，请各位高手解答一下

no one can offer you the answer except ETS or even ETS couldn't make a satisfing answer

If you raise the question, I believe ETS will surely reply "no,there's no such rule at all" even if actually this rule exits. It's in the black box.

So since you can't get accurate answer from either CDer or ETS, why bother?
