个人觉得，题目问的是logically be expected，而C答案是technically或者hypothetically 能够成立，而且道高一尺魔高一丈，即便研究出了possible way，但总有提前于那个最小期限的tulu被出售，所以唯一可行的方法就是规定出售时间的下限，而不是去迎合这个无极限的挑战
