选A,只看such as,根据句子前后意思,这里such应该强调criteria而不是variety。而且,criteria是复数,指三个标准A,B and C;但a variety是单数怎么能指A,B and C呢?因此要排除D。

我觉得这里用criteria such as A, B and C / such criteria as A, B and C都行,但such a variety of criteria as A, B and C肯定不行。

举几个例子:
