2。还有想到IT咨询，但我不懂SAP，而做IT咨询的好像很多都是做SAP技术出身的。
you mean consulting? from what i know most sap consulting are still technical.
 
3。对于我这样IT技术背景，现在想重点提高会计方面的实力，考CPA，这样有用么？因为做管理工作的话，会计也是必不可少的。
请大家多给建议阿

CPA will get you into the door, but you will need to start from the bottom.

not sure i agree. mostly depending on what you do in the company, but most management position only requires some basic knowledge of accounting terms and financial reports.
