(E) the new managers have no need to justify the earlier decision to maintain the project===不懂E，说新经理没必要证明保留该项目。为啥....？这个与新经理比旧经理更可能终止项目有什么关系，看不出来的说

7.the new managers have no need to justify the earlier decision to maintain the project 。既然新的M都不用对过去的project来负责，那么一个fail的project当然就不要再进行了啊。 就好象我干砸了一件事， 然后我走了， 你顶上， 你干吗要为我的过失付责任， 自然你也就不用帮我收拾烂摊子了。C是指project本身， 和M没有什么关系， 也就和补充完句子没有关系了。

8. X州有这样的法案， 如果你今年的收入是你过去3年的平均收入的140％， 那么今年报税的时候，就可以用一个income-averaging方法， 这个方法可以让你这年收入的一部分以比较低的比率来保税。（比如说， 70％的收入上税25％， 剩下的30％上税15％）。

我觉得答案选C， 如果前5年我都挣3万块， 今年一下子挣了6万块， 这样我要报好多的税， 如果不然我收入的一部分少报点税的话。

B和题干所说的情况不相符， 所以也就不会产生什么影响。类似A,D,E

哦，第七明白了，原来我把结论的原因和结果混淆了，所以不太懂。选项是原因！！！！

而第八还是有点糊涂，请原来我最窝心的逻辑·

C.Individuals whose income has doubled this year after remaining about the same for five years。不明MM翻译出来的。好象跟C有点偏差。按照5年前一样的做法后，个人收入会增倍。

8题的逻辑关系怎么分析？？

题目问的是， 如过income averaging 不可以用的话， 谁会受到最大的影响

C  是个一个人， 过去5年收入都维持一样， 今年的收入翻了一番。

其实只要是大于过去3年，  是过去3/4/5/6...年收入一样  都是适用于这个题目的

题干的逻辑是：

某人今年的收入是过去3年的平均收入的140％ ＝＝》 他今年报税的时候， 就可以采用income ave这个方法。

C选项是唯一可以套用上面过程的选项

PS  我的中文能力很差， 高考语文不及格的说。 所以题干和选项的意思请自己多加理解

哦，明白过来了/哎呀，真是花了那么大力气

题目问：如过income averaging 不可以用的话， 谁会受到最大的影响

而提干就是只要今年增长140%的话，而用这个i-a就会得到好处。

所以在选项中找这些人了。C就是！！
