这题其实只能选E 但是还是不是很明白 题目不是说了Unless tiger hunting decreases, tigers will soon be extinct in the wild 那也就是说只要plan成功了（an impediment),老虎就不会灭绝~~~~

尝试解答一下哈~  Unless tiger hunting decreases, tigers will soon be extinct in the wild，就是说，如果捕猎下降，那么老虎就不会很快灭绝。那么只要实施了法规，那么就能保证老虎的存活？  楼主仔细考虑一下存活和灭绝的关系。
要survival 需要有多个方面的保证，其中之一是捕猎活动的减少，但不一定说捕猎活动少了就会survival。

我觉得是这样的，灭绝的反义词是不灭绝，而不是存活！ 而且灭绝是针对群体，存活是针对个体吧？ 你觉得呢？
