求问逻辑题，不知道为什么选C，而不选B呢。题目说去年，以前成立的公司增加了很多工作和新成立公司产生工作机会导致去年D地区的工作数量达到了record的水平。今年，以前成立的公司（包括去年新成立的公司吧？）提供的工作总的数量不会被他们去年提供的多。除非有新公司成立，要不D地区产生的新工作数量不会打破记录。B选项不是直接假设去年的新成立的公司今年不会增加比去年更多的工作数量。C选项不知道为什么正确，就算它比去年新公司提供的多，它总数量夹起来也会打破啊，提供少的话，也还是会打破，题目不是说了除非新公司成立，record就会打破吗。。
