题目的问题是如果可行的话，下面哪个plan能让公司做出有效的准备去应付 技能淘汰快速化（这种现象）。
A 选项说 公司将对公司seleted人士提供 入职后6年的培训的机会。
仅仅涉及到入职后6年，所以不对题。
B  公司每年将对AMT增加投资，增加投资的这一时期至少是5年。 题目强调的是持续的一种现象，选项都有一次性解决的意思。。
C 跑题了。我翻译不好 0,0，知道意思就行，是分析introduction of ATM 是怎么影响雇员的。
D 在AMT introduction之前公司将制定一个计划去告知雇员们由于AMT的引进可能产生的结果。  满足题意 但不是最有效的。

E 是 公司将会保证任何员工，为了满足工作需要的的任何必要培训。

我也是菜鸟，不对同请大牛们指教。
