既然OIL是重要依靠，那答案应该趋向于何种办法能减少油耗或者说改变能源使用。这A选得太牵强了，消耗速度小于增长？那还不是要用油么？还不是要进口么？

但是oil demand=每人需求*人口    所以 if   In Siduria the rate of fuel consumption is rising "more" quickly than the rate of fuel production. 則結論會錯，所以B是assumption.

注意rate!!,这个和percent一样，A正确。一个上升，一个下降，但是我一个下降的很快，一个上升的很慢。不要太去预测答案，无招胜有招，太去想架桥，什么其他的，反而让你无从下手
