B选项跟疫苗使用的多少没关系吧,只是通过限制进口来减少感染这个疾病的可能,跟疫苗的使用有关?限制进口能推出增加疫苗使用?
E选项是说,出现了一种明显的天气特征,在这种天气过后的2到5个月一定会发生疫情,那就说明疫苗能及时地被使用,使得前提中疫苗必须接种了一个月才生效的弱点被排除,那么使用的几率更大啊
