题目问题是The claim about quality，所以关注品质就好了嘛。文中说只有工作都做完成了a bottleneck or delay 才能被消除，如果工作完成了但是质量不行怎么办？那岂不是不能保证文中说的“Not only does it speed up production,  but it also assures quality。”此时加上前提如果生产中有任何失误，将会导致a bottleneck or delay 从而停止FCT，失误代表了啥，代表了质量不行，那么FCT将会停止，或许重做或许啥啥的不管，反正它必须保证质量，不然FCT永远不能运行，也就工作永远完成不了。。。。。
           最近逻辑越做越错，所以多来逻辑区灌水讨论，，，大家一起讨论一下啊，，你看我这个理解行不行？。。。求指正
