还记得那个employpee 比率得问题，OG77，答案是他们要知道又一个equalizing statement about the people.

这个题得类似推法是：经常超速得人，就会被吃ticked!!就想是说没有别得原因，超速得人，被罚，之是因为他们装了detector!
