Where to find people review Resume and Essay

Hi ,
I am applying for a local partime MBA(top 30-ish school) .
My profile: 10 years working in IT(Chinese female at age 30), Bachelor of engineering(211 range), GPA 3.37, GMAT 630, Toefl: tested, waiting for score.
I have been working in US for 6 years, but English writing is definitely not my strength.

Who shall I contact for reviewing my Goal-personal statement and Resume? The requirement for Part-time MBA is much lower than fulltime.
I'd appreciate if someone senior in this forum could help review my essay and provide me valuable feedback. Thanks in advance.

还有就是你的GMAT是不是应该需要再提升一下？ ...

目标是100分。。。gmat分数在学校average分数附近。。。申请的学校一般般，然后又是part-time， 没有版上的牛人厉害
