答案给的是E，解释上给的思路是
**transformation of the market（A）→Q increase its production（B）
**Q not increase its production（非B）→Q will go bankrupt（C）
选项E的表述为：Q not increase production（非B）→Q will go bankrupt（C），与**一致。

但是我认为题干上面并没有明确指出说一定要有20% attainable才可以（为什么一定要是20%？难道不可能是40%或者50%？），所以E选项中的20% unattainable并不能100%导致bankrupt，因为有可能是在50% unattainable的情况下才会bankrupt

另外题干说说到 有MARKET TRANSFORMATION---MUST INCREASE TO AVOILD BANKRUPT，因为应该可以推出 无MARKET TRANSFORMATION---NOT MUST INCREASE TO AVOID BANKRUPT，而这正符合答案B。
