正确答案为D。但是E选项我纠结啊，E说的是隔离所有tulu，直到这些tulu可以被检测fungal rot。这不就是D的意思嘛。。。。。。tulu要30周以后才能被检测出是否感染fungal rot，那就隔离到30周大，也不是一样是30周以后出售吗？不是很理解og的解释，求指教啊求指教~~~

至于说选项不能攻击前提，首先要知道前提是什么：And many tulu plants are sold before they are 24 weeks old. 发生在现在。
选项D是指政府要保证tulu plants not be sold before they are 30 weeks old. 这是指对未来的规划，没有攻击前提：当前tuluplants are sold before they are 24 weeks old，反而是基于这个前提，才要政府去改变未来这个现状。
攻击前提的做法应该是这样：直接否定说Government finds out that many tulu plants are not sold before they are 24 weeks old。

感觉五楼说的很对 个人见解 E项的语法结构还原应该是 any case of fungal rot has been detected at horticultural companies 然后这样解释就是 【检查所有的tulu 只要是有过fugal rot的公司】直到这些tulu可以被检测

其实有的时候CR题考的真心不是逻辑，而是长难句。。。
