我觉得比较好的解释:
If they customers never dined in riverville before that means they are new customers for Martin's as well as Wildflower which implies that Wildflower's now gets regular customers plus new customers (who are not able to get seats at Martin's and hence choose to dine at neighbouring Wildflower's). This explains increase in average number of meals per night served at Wildflower's.

正确答案是B。。。其实也能略微感觉就是这个答案，但是用逻辑链推的话感觉挺别扭的，哎。。。入门时间太短，求指导。。
