（10^98 - 1）mod 11 =【1+（-1）mod11】mod11=【1+10】mod11=0

或者穷举找规律 1:9 mod 11=9
2：99 mod 11=0
3：999 mod 11 =9
……
98 mod2= 0 =》（10^98 - 1）mod 11 =0

10^98 mod 10 ？？？整除，remainder=0

This is true for any even power 2n (where n is a positive integer) of 10, which will be a number one followed by 2n zeros. When you subtract one, you get an answer that consists of 2n 9s. When you divide that by 11, you will get 909...09, and no remainder, where 09 is repeated n - 1 times. .

For example 10^2 - 1 = 99 divided by 11 = 9
