可是正确答案(C)似乎是对premise的重复，因为premise已经说interview可以eliminate 不符合企业要求的人了，而根据P==>C的推导，正确答案应该偏向：能否排除不适合企业的人是判断hiring program是否成功的重要因素啊~~~可能我想多了吧，就是觉得（C）选项不符合题目的逻辑推导啊~~求NN指正！！

翻译原题的意思是：因为性格不合适的申请人可以通过interview去除，所以interview很重要 C选项不是重复 C中的第一个词是Interviewer 指的是面试官 不是interview 所以C的意思是说面试官要能够正确判断一个申请人的性格 这就是题目的assumption 因为题目没有说到谁来决定申请者合不合适 只是interview的作用是筛选性格不合适的人 但是 只有正确判断出申请人性格合适或不合适才能作出筛选的决定
