紧急求助！延期考交钱后考试中心又给我发邮件说那天不行要我再改

以下是邮件内容，但是我按照上面的电话打过去打不通，加了区号001.然后我发邮件过去又没回音。请问谁有过类似经历啊，求指导，求帮助！！！

We have tried to contact you several times and unable to reach you Please be informed that due to unavoidable circumstances the center testing center L7 Solutions ,Perth you currently you scheduled your GMAT exam  is unable to deliver , we need to reschedule the exam to different testing center, date and time. We would really appreciate if you call us at 603 8318 9961
