Can anyone help about REF at Cornell?

Does any NN knows the application information about the REF @Cornell?
I got two degrees from U.K. already. Is there any possible for me to ask for an exemption of TOFEL?  I did not take GMAT test before, so is that okay?

Or what kind of person does the unveristy/department look for?

As far as I remember, if you got a degree in a English-speaking program, you are expemted from TOEFL.
But it's always better to ask the admission people @Cornell Real Estate Program to double check, things may change...
GMAT probably is a must.
Just check their webpage everything will be there.

I have to make the PS shorter...I just noticed that the webpage requires PS no more than 2 A4 pages....

I know it is not perfect......but I think I emphasised my merits in the PS already and dont know what else I can do about it?
