我觉得是D。因为文章是说压力大容易得出病来。A看起来很对，但是与本文章没有关系，关系扯得太远了。

可以默认examinations一定会有压力么？
A里面因为压力影响健康所以有健康保险的公司才会提供压力管理课程，否则员工因为压力而生病那公司就要多付钱。。？

我当时也是觉得不能默认examinations一定会有压力 但其他的走的更远
文章说的结论是压力和生病之间有关系
A和这个关系差的太远了 你那么想不够客观把 万一公司是应当地法律法规要求而这么做的呢
不能把公司的措施和这个压力生病关系没有任何根据的联系上把
