虽然是gap型,能从premise+ assump=con这个结构来答案，不知为什么一直感到突兀，没有那种直接gap的感觉，终于看了几遍发现漏看第一局话的作用：manufacture 要满足racer的demand；而 innovation is limited(也就是说manufacture的demand是有limited) ，随后可知racer是有limited.

同意楼上~说下我的理解
premise：真正对技术革新感兴趣并为其支付费用的只有racers.
conclusion：技术革新受限于官方认可的Standard.
找assumptions；
根据premise+assumption=conclusion,假设要把racers和standard 联系起来，相当于架个桥梁，即：racers只对官方认可的standard的技术革新感兴趣。其逆否命题就是，如果革新的Standard不受官方认可，racers就不会感兴趣，就是C选项了。
