对于D的解释：医药行业希望延长专利因为他们觉得without extension they can not recoup the cost；然而d选项说patent不能避免医药行业引进替代品，而这些替代品实质上可以帮助他们弥补这些成本，就意味着不用通过延长的方式来弥补了。这应该是一个weaken选项

说你嫌这个药赚得少你可以卖别的非专利药来赚回来啊,只要不是挂羊头卖狗肉~~~
这里就是指一个专利期内的一种药,扯别的就不对了
感谢提问让我研究了下本来不打算细究的D选项

对A的理解是:
A: challenge用的类比来反驳Phar, A就是补充了具体的fact来证明两个industry是不一样的,所以类比是无效的.以此来守卫自己的观点(理解到这里不知道够不够?还是需要像camelo777继续延伸到"少赚了很多钱"上面去?)
简单来说就是support类型题可不可以有"踩对方就是顶己方"的逻辑, 还是需要从正面来证明己方观点的确实性,
