B的总产量不变，B从V进口，B的生产者数量下降（C的答案：假设B的生产效率没有大变化），则B自产自销（生产者人数×生产效率）数量减少，故从V进口数量增加。

好奇怪啊，B的装配工少了，为什么就会得出B的进口多了呢？难倒从V进口的电视机就不用安装么？怎么得的结论啊！

问题是：为什么C中是decrease而不是increase? not decrease不等于not change吧？为increase(if true then weaken)预留了可能性呀？求解答~

觉得楼上说得在理，要准确得定位一个出题词，however, Tv assembler decreased, import from V to B increased.  之前的几个原因：1，平均工资（v小于b）；
                                               2，b对于进口v电视的关税降低（three years ago);
                                              这1，2两条说明，进口V得tv对于b是有吸引力的，而3，Tv的总销售量在b是一直stable的，这一点肯定了b的市场是有稳定得需求的。

那么，在另外一个条件，b的装电视的工人降低之后，从v进口的数量就上升了，为什么呢？因为，如果工人减少之后，所产生的一个需求缺口，要通过国际贸易来弥补。 但是，这就存在着一个assumption,b国余下工人的生产率不能有过高提升，因为，如果提升，可以产生与之前同等数量得电视，会与结论，进口v的电视背道而驰。

个人见解，望指教。
