答案是E，但是我左想右想，都推不出E，题中只说了如果不increase production, Q就会bankrupt, 但并没有规定是20 percent ？

如果题目没有给出10%的增长是必要的，那么e选项最多推出达不到10%的增长，而不能推出破产

不完整版也是选择E啊。
题目说如果10%可以，那么20%也可以。
而E说的是，如果20%不可以，那么就破产。可以看出没有足够的信息支持E的结论。

加入必须增长10%这个条件，e就通了。如果不增长20%，也不会增长10%。而10%是not go bankrupt的必要条件。
