想考香港大学的房地产硕士，有人了解吗？迷茫当中

各位同志们，CD真是个好地方啊，终于找到组织了555555
本人22岁小女，房地产专业毕业，现在进了一家房地产公司，做了半年的打杂。因为我们公司一般要有经验的前辈，我在这里很难出头，但是在家乡也还比较安逸。
如果我想职业上更进一步，也可以埋头苦干，但我觉得我们部门的事情实在是很无趣。转部门，因为没经验，又很难。
我自己对英语很感兴趣，也很优秀，当初考研是英语专业，可以没上，只好从了本专业的发展方向。我只希望，房地产能和英语相结合，有国际视野一点，就太好不过了。
我也想换工作，去更好的房地产公司，但是竞争激烈，而且要么人家要有经验的社会人，要么就是应届生，自己被夹在了中间。。。。。。。

所以我希望能去香港读研一年，房地产专业，开阔视野，也提升一个平台，日后回国，也可以去更好的房地产公司。

理想是不错，可是如果我2012年入学，回来就25岁了，那时候，作为女生，还会有竞争优势吗？

各种纠结与矛盾，希望大家建议建议~~~~~~

HKU 有一个programme 是 MSc 有2个方向，GP 和 CPM

GP for RE general practice
CPM for construction project management in QS

i think working experience is not a compulsory requirement, but ur academic background should be solid enough

I think you are quite qualified for our program, if ur other conditions such as IELTS or TOEFL, GPA reach the lowest enrollment requirements. u can contact me with the BBS message if u have further questions

I've spent 3 years in CBRE and am considering apply for Master of Real Estate in HKU. My only purpose is to find a job in real estate finance field in HK after graduation. I'd like to know the brand recognition of HKU Real Estate in HK and any estimation of salary range after graduation?

哇，赞，也想12年去HK读RE MASTER。。非常喜欢房地产，可惜没有地产工作经验和背景。。想跳槽去地产公司干一年。。。
