题干意思就是：
premise: M 签下了20个 TX的合同 但 取消了 20个 Z的合同
conclusion： 专家预测 M 会裁员

weaken：如果20个Z大部分都外包，取消他对 工厂人力需求不大
因此，加20个M需要的labor 比 减20个Z 裁掉的labor多
所以 会裁员的说法不成立
