急！ leadership问题

有的学校要求写好多leadership，搞的我头大， 我想问下，leadership一定要体现在teamwork中吗？ 开个两人公司算不算？其中会体现出自己的一些个人品质，比如creativity, courage， ability to analyze problems,等等，这些算leadership吗？
别告诉我两人做事也是teamwork，我不想写这个

Hello there!  The answer is that yes, this situation that you describe could be “leadership.”  The best example would be some sort of entrepreneurial venture, for example.  You may be your only employee, but you could of course still be a leader.  After all, leadership requires vision which you could do alone.  The trick though is, to accomplish juuust about anything GREAT—anything big that inspires people, you will need to eventually rely on other people.  So even if you only have two people at a company, there is a good chance that if you are describing a great achievement, you HAVE led other people.  Theyre just not in your same company, that’s all.

我觉得可以写点你如何影响别人去达到共同的目标，或者你真正在一个leader的职位上，做了些什么事情，设定了目标啊，然后分派任务啊，执行沟通啊
其实我觉得motivate自己也是leadership，不过这看起来有点weak

对啊，最近写essay走火入魔，放个屁都能联想到leadership，假如我的屁放在办公室里，一下把正在偷懒睡大觉的同事蹦醒，这算不算leadership？

当然了，这只是开玩笑。申请真是够累的

我知道算啊，但没什么可写的,况且teamwork的例子已经写过了。我主要想问，自己的一些品质算不算leadership？ 比如creativity, courage， ability to analyze problems?

个人认为算，因为leadership毕竟不是leader。不过写这个东西，真是头疼
