有个狗狗提供者选了C，但是我觉得C重的rarely有问题，C的意思就是说人们的需求很少会超过采集到的野花，如果是这样的话，那不就是在削弱文章内容，其实没有必要打出这样的广告么~

为什么E选项是削弱呢？ 是不是E是说发展了新技术、让野花能够人工养殖，所以不用到野外去采摘野花了，是其他原因导致了“可以停止采摘野花”这一结果，而不是“杂志不做广告”导致的结果，所以削弱了原文？
我这样理解对吗？

B不对，是offer the ware意思是只有一种方式提供花，就是采野花，和题目毛有关系啊

我又想了一下，上边的那个D选项应该是支持这个plan的决定，就是支持做这个决定的，支持的地方靠前了。并不支持plan本身的效果。应该是那个其他杂志社的那个
