补充下关于正确选项的解释哈：B新药的临床试验目前需要花十年来完成，而临床试验时间算在专利期限之内，并且临床试验期间不能对药物进行市场营销。
B的意思就是说，医药行业不同于其他行业，它实际上使用的专利时间比其他行业少了临床试验的10年，用于回收成本的营销时间还比其他行业短。所以要求延长专利是support

哈，我刚做完这题。
题目说医药行业要求延长专利有效期，因为需要很长的时间来收回新产品开发的成本。但是其他行业也有新产品开发呀，他们怎么没要求延长专利有效期呢？
问医药行业如何解释。
A说其他行业都没要求延长，潜台词是凭啥你要延长？显然是对医药不利的解释。
C中说有些行业成本比医药还高呢，潜台词是他们都没嚷，你们嚷啥，这个显然对医药不利。
D说现在的专利法没有禁止替代药品进入市场，只要跟专利药品有足够的差异。这个问题延长专利时间无法解决，无关项。
E说现在创新还是在大量的出现，即使在专利法保护不是很有效的计算机和电子行业。这个也对医药不利，因为他们保护不好的行业都有创新，你嚷啥。不过其实这个也可以看作无关项，因为题干讨论的是收回成本的时间问题，而不是有没有创新。
