In general, i'm loath to use apostrophe + "s" for anything but humans, animals, and the like. this is definitely NOT a hard and fast rule, but i've noticed that it's fairly consistent across most usage.
thus, "an ape's vocal tract" is preferred to "the vocal tract of an ape", but "the colors of the mural" is better than "the mural's colors".

今天做老Prep1-39突然遇到了一个例外！

我当时做的时候就只剩下C/E选项，后来选了C。后来看了答案选E。
我就在琢磨着，不是有生命的东西althlete应该用‘s的形式么，怎么这里用的是of的形式，后来想通了，我觉得这就是一个优先选择的问题，平行结构的错误>这些用词法！

饿~ 其实我觉得这里把LABOR翻译成人力不太给力~ ---3个社会活动家一直得到‘人力’的不给力帮助？ 我觉得你可以把LABOR翻译成工党~ 或者类似的劳动联盟啊啥啥的意思 也就是 3个活动家一直得到的是‘工党’的不给力帮助~~

A.have consistently received labor’s unqualifying support
这是原文 所以能看出至少consistenly是修饰recieve动词的 可以说 consistently recieve sth和recieve consistent xx 应该是有区别的 而且貌似GMAT里面不赞成擅自改动这种修饰 即使意思相近也最好不要擅自改动！ 所以DE应该是不对的
A选项的问题在于's 不如of 对于非生命物体来说 而且unqualifying感觉是不对的应该是unqualified AC相较明显C更合适


B.are consistently receiving the unqualifying support of labor
时态擅自变动 直接可以看下面的选项 没有理由将一直受到XX改为正在受到xx


C.have consistently received the unqualified support of labor
这个应该挺顺的。


D.receive consistent and unqualified support by labor
E.are receiving consistent and unqualified support by labor
DE擅自把consistent和unqualified并列改变了原意 同时 receive support by labor 感觉很别扭~ 同时时态来说现在时和进行时都无法很好的表示原文中完成时所表现的持续影响的意思~~

好像是有这样一个说法，“无生命事物用普通格比用所有格好"
in the question, the unqualified support是无生命事物，所以the unqualified support of labor优于the labor's unqualified support~~

没有生命的名词所有格形式

the festival’s month => the month of festival（OG12-59/ OG12-74/ OG12-121）

刚才查了下qualified和qualifying的意思哈
qualified-合格的有资格的
qualifying-是具有资格的

不知道是不是和这两个词表达的意思有关。如果是从意思上来选的话，qualified明显要好些呢

当然此题是un打头的，只是将词否定了而已。

时态不对，不是正在接受，应该是已经接受了，用现在完成时比较好

正确。时态+表达法

consistent用错，应该是consistently，副词修饰动词recieve, 而且后面的by不对，应该是从属关系of labor
E.are receiving consistent and unqualified support by labor
时态不对，by不对，应该是从属关系of labor
