对啊~~就是两个都是evidence, 我觉得第一个黑体并没有提到adoption of a certain strategy啊……第二个才提到啊~~

我不知道你为什么会选C，这个句子本身就难于理解要表达的是什么，且选项出现的basis就违反了原文两黑体against的关系。
