E Maybe 是口语词，不对啊。。

symptomatic of 形容词后面不能加of吧。。

not...so much as表示even,[with negative]
eg. He sat down without so much as a word to anyone
而这里的逻辑意思，要用not A but B来表达

我个人看法哈
A， may simply  be a reaction to certain medications 从语义上应该是修饰insomnia失眠症，该选项是作为problem的同位语从句（这俺不敢确定是同位语还是定语╮(╯▽╰)╭）

同上一个筒子说的，这里may simply  be不顺

还有就是一般都是not so  much 连着，拆开的情况很少的样子，有米有筒子可以找找拆开使用的句子证明一下这个是不是考点
