AA university hospital 不如 other hosptial such as private hospital or community hospital. 理由是：1. fewer doctors 2.doctors 的salary低 3.low medical level in treating patien 4.most doctor divide 他们的精力，所以护理病人的时间少 4.作者反映的这些情况都是our region 的情况。
