D. 根本就没法定位哪些人是这些还没出炉的新技术产品的买家。

因为没法定位买家,所以人家只好去调查卖家了,至少知道哪些公司会是卖家。

因为没法定位买家,所以人家只好去调查卖家了,至少知道哪些公司会是卖家。
