我选的是D，因为我认为随着数量的增加，雪雁在一些新的地方定居，这不就是说明了即使去掉了关于5%的禁令也没用，因为这些雪雁去了以前从未去过的新地方，猎人打不到~不正好削弱么？
那位大侠解释一下B为什么是答案？我看了很多人的答案~都不是很有说服力

之所以提前结束，不是因为很快超过了5%的限吗？这不正说明人们很爱打snow goose吗？

如果没猎到5%，不管猎人爱不爱打，狩猎季也不会结束啊。

对于（B）项，很多童鞋都存在一个巨大的误解，SINCE在这里并不引导原因状语从句，做解释说明，而是作为现在完成时的标准时间状语引导词，自从...——因为主句为现在完成时态，It has been many years，也就是说，本句应该翻译为：自从（以前）restriction导致捕猎季提前结束（到现在）已经有很多年了。如果since表示原因，则it has been years无法正确翻译——因为restriction导致捕猎季提前结束，所以已经有很多年了？
这样的话，对于答案理解也就更加明了了，也就是说以前restriction确实有用过（使得捕猎季提前结束），但是很多年前就没有作用了（因为那时起猎人就没有猎得5%的雪雁），因此现在即便是有最高限制，但是猎人们根本无法完成5%的捕猎量（以使得捕猎季提前结束），因此，即便以后取消5%的限制，这个结果也不会使得雪雁的数量下降进而保护到其他种群。这样就削弱了文章结论。

不好意思 看了你的解释 这个部分不太懂
以前禁令可以发挥效果，使hunting season提前结束，每年只猎5%的雪雁。
而现在的hunting season都是到了scheduled date才结束的。scheduled date 是比之前结束的日期晚，所以在以往打到5%之后又多了几天继续打猎
所以推出每年猎杀的雪雁数量一定大于5%

每年都估计打猎期1个月，这么多年1个月根本3％都打不到， 你这个时候说用把5%提到4%吧，能有毛用。
