题目说那些折扣店会由于S的开张而倒闭，但是那些店面不久就会重新有新的开张。理由是：近5年，由于C的开张，很多店面倒闭了，但没多久在那些倒闭的店址，又有新的店开张。
削弱：C开张后导致关门的店面，重新开张后都是折扣店！选这个的原因：因为原文是拿C的例子来做比较，说先在S的开张不会让倒闭的店面空关太久。但是这里又一个漏洞，就是C不是折扣店，而S本身是折扣店。那么B就说了，由于C的开张，而重新开的都是折扣店，那么就是说，和C比起来，他们还是有可能生存的！现在由于S得开张，倒闭的已经都是折扣店了，那没理由说马上就会有新的店面开出来。因为S比你更加有竞争优势~~~
