谢谢楼上的，偶还是没看明白题目。。。[a]代表什么？absolute value of a?
“等于不小于a的最小整数”, 又是什么意思呢？

(1) [a/2]=0  therefore, a/2 belongs to (-1,0] (0 is the least integer whiche is no less than a/2)

   therefore, a belongs to (-2,0], which is definitely more than -3. (1) is sufficient.

(2) [a/4]=0    a belongs to (-4,0], not sufficient

1、[a/2]=0

2、[a/4]=0
