CEIBS was the first business school on the Chinese mainland to be accredited by both EQUIS and AACSB. CEIBS has ranked #1 in Asia in the Financial Times global ranking of MBA programmes for eight consecutive years and has ranked #2 in the world on its global ranking of EMBA programmes for four consecutive years.

Currently, there are 84 faculty at CEIBS. From 2018 to 2023, a total of nearly 673 cases have been developed and 689 papers have been published, including 163 articles in the core journals of the Financial Times (FT) and 58 articles in A* Publications.

Research staff have played an invaluable role at CEIBS over the years as the school continues to boost its research capabilities. Many later go to pursue PhD programmes at top-tier schools, with about 26 enrolled over the past 2 years.

Job Title: Research assistant (Admin-track)

Location: Shenzhen

Report to: Director & Assistant director of the Institute

Department: CEIBS Institute of Supply Chain Innovations

Work Type: Full-time

JobResponsibilities:

Job responsibilities mainly include but not limited to the following:

•   Responsible for the administrative work of Director & Assistant director of the Institute, including booking flights, hotels and making transportation arrangements

•   Support operation activities of the Institute, such as writing practitioner-oriented articles for the Institute’s website and WeChat public account, writing promotional materials for industry events (e.g., industry forum, company visiting, industrial and academic exchange activities) organized by the Institute

•   Support application-oriented research activities of the Institute, such as business information searching and collating, case writing, industry report writing, practitioner-oriented book writing, etc.

•   Other supportiveactivities if in need

Job Requirements:

•   Strong interest in industry-academia collaboration

•   Master’s degree in business administration fields (for Research fellow/Researchassistant), operations management/supply chain management related education backgrounds are preferred

•   1-2yrs related working experience in education or training preferred

•   Proven abilities in professional writing (in certain forms of outputslisted in “Job responsibilities”)

•   Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability tocommunicate with both academic and industry professionals

•   Able to commit for at least 1 year
