阐述这个social contract 的由来
-社会合约一开始是因为富人的害怕：没有法制和政府来控制人们之间的Interaction，他们很难保护自己的钱，所有他们就搞了这个social contract 机制；
-对于穷人来说，这个social contract 对穷人很有吸引力，因为他们害怕死在一个没有法律的州，他们也想要保护自己
-为了达成一致，富人就关注于一个看似的责任公平——通过创造了规定，并且这个规定平等的适用于社会上的每个人。
-然而呢，这个system系统化了“theft”（富人对穷人做的不道德是）-那会还没有法律的自然社会

他第一次与早期理论家的不同是再sovereign形成的时候：州立的成员没有将放弃他们的权力给另一个人，而是放弃他们对所有人的权力。

R相信： property rights ：同意第一次占领的权力，而不是最强的权力。
