As stated on https://www.mba.com/us/frequently-asked-questions/enhanced-score-report.aspx#question1, "If you completed your GMAT exam recently, it may take up to 72 hours for your ESR to be available. Please only contact Customer Care by visiting: mba.com/store regarding the status of your ESR if it has been more than 72 hours."
If you are still having trouble accessing your ESR after that time, please contact customercare@mba.com. Please know we are experiencing issues with candidate activating their score reports. The issue has been addressed and is currently being worked.
