第8题关于nor的用法，我之前自己参考ron来总结的。应该没有问题。做过相关的题也印证过了。
1.neither nor
2.连接两个否定意思的完整句子，第二个句子除了nor以外的部分要用肯定句型。注意此时要部分倒装，要将助动词提前。
He cannot find anyone now, nor does he expect to find anyone in the future.
Jane will never compromise with Bill, nor will Bill compromise with Jane.
3.当后面的句子只是verb phrase，不是entire clause时候，or nor都可以。
He will not permit the change or (or nor) even consider it.
Ron：注意！or连接的词要能完全使用前面的结构！I do not run or swim. 可以，因为是do not run, do not swim. 但是07A-37 C选项 do not have or are likely to have 就不对，因为你不能说 do not have, do not are likely to have.
4.在连接名词、名词短语、形容词短语、副词短语时：“no this or that”，就用or
He has no experience or interest (less frequently nor interest) in chemistry.
He is not a philosopher or a statesman.
They were not rich or happy.

总结：nor有三种使用情况：neither nor；连接两个完整句子；连接两个动词短语（此时用or也行，但是or要和前面完全对称！）

这道题的E选项完美证明了第四点（or连接短语）和第二点（nor连接两个否定意思完整的句子，第二个句子除nor以外的要用肯定且倒装）
