这道题没记错的话是OG17上的一道原题
the introduction of new drugs into the market is frequently prevented by a shortage of human subjects for the clinical trials needed to show that the drugs are safe and effective. Since the lives and health of people in the future generations may depend on treatments that are currently experiental, practical physicians are morally in the wrong when, in the absence of any treatment proven to be effective, they fail to encourage suitable patients to vplunteer for clinical trials
argument的premise是： 新药面试面临的最大的困难是没有足够的志愿者来做临床试验（临床试验是证明药效和安全性的必要途径）。
assumption是：未来的人类健康取决于当下正在研发的新药，（言下之意，现在不好好研发药就等于杀未来的人）
conclusion是：所以，如果医师没有忽悠合适的病人去做新药研发的志愿者，那么医师就是不道德的（morally in the wrong）。

这道题的问题如果我没记错是问weaken，我们要攻击的就是医师的首要的morality是保证自己病人的健康。这样的话，即使他没有忽悠病人去做志愿者，也不是morally in the wrong。
